Pie And Recipe Testers

Any bakers out there? I'm finishing up the manuscript for my pie book, and am wondering if there's anyone interested in testing some pie recipes. Let me know if your interested, either by email or posting here on the blog. Thanks!

I'd love to test some pie recipes, if you still need someone. I have some experience making pies, but am not an expert. Please let me know if you need me (jcoble1@utk.edu).

I'd be more than willing to test-bake pies for you...

Drop me a note on my blog or e-mail me.

I love baking pies (I DON'T do cakes, just warning ya!) and you can check out my blog if you're curious about the results... I've baked far more than I've posted, but I think I've posted at least four or five pretty sucessful ones in the last year or so...

I would love to be a recipe tester! I also love the idea that it's a book all about pies.

I'm sure you have enough by now, but I'd be willing to test if you need more. That's so cool of you to offer to all of the vegan bloggers out there! Can't wait to see the cookbook either way!!

Thanks again everyone. Vegan Noodle, I would love it if you'll test. I will send out emails to everyone in the next couple of days.

I don't know if you need anymore testers, but we love pie and I haven't made one in awhile. Let me know if you could still use another tester (I won't be hurt if you think you have enough already, though).

Let me know if you need anyone else. I am usually not so good at pie crusts (FYI)

I'll be sending out the tester info soon. Promise! It's taken me a little longer to edit the recipes.

Totally late to this, but if you need any other testers--it was my summer challenge to get better at making pie crusts. I can be in your dummy control group for recipe testing. I'm actually taking a class in a couple of weeks at the Natural Gourmet Institute on pies and tarts, so I might have a few more skills than I do now, but then again, maybe not. Anyway, feel free to be in touch if you need one more...

Hi Julie,
If, by some chance, you need more testers, please add me to your list! My email address is bazooq (at) gmail (dot)com. I'm a big fan of cakes and pies, but I have to admit I'm not an expert baker or anything. I love playing with baked goods.

Yes, of course, I'd love your recipes. I am a baker too. Sorry for replying late. I had been busy lately. As you can see, I haven't updated my blog for a long time.
